Telehealth Sessions

There are times when it is not possible to meet in person. Telehealth Sessions are available to remove any barriers from your continued progress.

I specialize in helping with a variety of issues including gut health, food sensitivities, SIBO, hormone imbalances, headaches and migraines, stress management, chronic illness, autoimmune conditions, chronic pain and improving overall wellness. By focusing on your unique situation, I’ll work with you to develop a personalized plan aimed at enhancing your health and quality of life.

How does your approach to health coaching differ from traditional approaches?

My approach centers on functional medicine principles, targeting the root causes of health issues rather than just the symptoms. I take a whole-body approach, considering all aspects of your lifestyle and well-being to craft a personalized plan that works specifically for you, aiming for lasting health improvements.

What can I expect from the initial consultation and followup sessions?

Our initial consultation will be a deep dive into your health history and any symptoms you’re currently experiencing. We’ll discuss your lifestyle, diet, and your personal goals. This session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for me to start formulating a personalized plan tailored to your unique needs. I allow 90 minutes for thorough conversation.

Followup sessions last approximately 50 minutes and provide ongoing support for accountability to track your progress and celebrate your achievements. You’ll receive education and motiviation for tackling your next action steps.

Not at all! Whether you’re dealing with a specific health challenge or simply seeking to improve your overall well-being and prevent future issues, my coaching can provide valuable guidance.
